By accessing or using Sikgaan (including our website and WhatsApp chatbot), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to you.

3. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (e.g., email and phone number).
• Keep your WhatsApp and email accounts secure; you are responsible for activity initiated from them.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Service Description

Sikgaan provides banking deal discovery, reward estimates, and guidance through a conversational interface. Recommendations are informational only and do not constitute financial advice. Always verify final terms with banks or merchants before making decisions.

5. Payments & Fees

If we introduce paid features, pricing and billing terms will be shown before purchase. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Third-Party Services (e.g., WhatsApp)

Our Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as WhatsApp. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or data handling.

7. Privacy & Data

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Sikgaan, you consent to such processing.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including content, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, rights granted to you cease immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
